convenient trams excellent location
I found the location excellent. Trams and underground services were very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, a detail I especially appreciated. I also liked the breakfast variety, the staff helped with all my needs. The hotel's freshness, room design, bed linen quality and bathroom facilities stood out to me.

the bed in the room was acceptable.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. There were stains on the floor. the trash bin wasn't empty, and the window was broken, unable to close. the room was therefore cold.

the bed in my superior double room courtyard view was great. it had nice linens. the hotel provided a coffee maker and tea kettle in the room (i made good use of it). the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful.
the bathroom was a bit small.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they provided quick assistance when i needed directions. the room featured a coffee machine and a kettle. this allowed me to easily make coffee.
the room was not cleaned well. i found stains on the floor. the bathroom door would not close correctly. the breakfast offer changed unexpectedly. i had to explore local cafes instead.

I found the staff nice and helpful. They gave clear instructions to reach the location. The hotel room was comfortable. They helped me a lot to find the hotel. I really appreciated this service.
The listing mentioned some amenities, such as a desk, a laptop safe and a refrigerator, but they were not available in my room.

the room had a modern design. i found the breakfast quality good for the options available. the hotel's location is near tourist spots (it was easy to get around).
I noticed some electrical issues. I had to keep the lights on one night. the room temperature was too high, and the hotel could not adjust it. the window handles were removed so i could not open them.
